Previous Organizational Recipients

Applicants who have recently received JRF funding must fill out the form below to apply for new funding. Make sure to read each question and respond to each section thoroughly. To be eligible for future grants, all recipients must include a final report from their prior grant in their new application.

The applications will be judged by their ability to communicate the purpose of the requested funding, the report describing the use of previous funding, and the overall professionalism of the application itself. Make sure to read all the instructions closely. All requested budgetary information must be included or the application will be rejected as incomplete.

Description of prior JRF award (most recent if more than one has been received in the past) including a detailed narrative of what was accomplished, whether your goals were met, amount received and grant period (year and Spring or Fall). Include an accounting of how the money was spent, itemizing the costs.

If you are applying for general operating funding, provide your organization's ANNUAL budget by category. If you are applying for program/project funding, ALSO add a separate section with details of your program/project budget. All budgets should include other anticipated funding sources. Budgets MUST include Income and Expenses. If budget information is lengthy, please send it separately as an attachment to info@josephrobert.org, with your organization’s name and the word “budget” in the file name. The budget must be submitted on the same day the application is submitted and should be submitted by the same person. Large organizations should submit an abbreviated/aggregated annual budget summary AND a detailed project or program budget.
